Pathway To Hope Counselling

Hello, my name is Robyn

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I am so glad that you stopped by. I know it takes a lot of courage to even begin searching for a therapist. I have learned that authenticity, openness, and the courage to
change is the start to a whole new path to healing. Whether you feel that your whole world is falling apart or you would just like help to navigate life’s issues – I can support and come alongside you.

As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, I want you to be seen and heard. I have worked over nine years with young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health disorders and anxiety in the school system. I also have known the struggle to forgive, rebuild and navigate the complexities of relationships in a whole new way!

My process of therapy is collaborative with a client-focused approach. I seek to create a safe and warm environment, in which, you will start to begin to break old patterns that keep you stuck and from experiencing contentment, peace and success in your life.

As Brene Brown says, : “Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.”
